Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We value and respect the time of all clients and LMT’s. Any cancellation occurring within 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% fee of the original service price. Any no-show will result in 100% of the service price being charged. Card information is required upon booking to respect the time of out LMT’s.

Appointment Times

Appointments will start on time. In the case of client being late the session will end at its original end time. Full price will be charged.

Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, in person after a session, or by calling 701-715-8179. All valid appointments will be followed with a confirmation text or email.

Zero Tolerance Policy

FIX Massage Studio has a zero tolerance policy against any sexual or inappropriate advances (physical or verbal). If at any point the therapist feels uncomfortable the session will be terminated and payment will be received in full. Law enforcement may be involved.

Severe Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather you will be notified ASAP if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. We ask that anyone needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment during inclement weather notify us at least three hours before appointment time, unless conditions become emergent.

Intake Forms/Waivers

Each new client receiving services from FIX Massage Studio is required to fill out an intake form and waiver. Services will not be performed if these forms are not filled out. Forms take 5-10 minutes to complete and showing up early is recommended to prevent shortening your session.
